Hello again. I know it has been a long time since my last post, and if there is anyone out there who is still checking in on this thing, thank you. I want to share a post from a blog I read. It is by an emergency room nurse in Australia named Ian Miller, and I really enjoy his posts. This one in particular caught my eye. It is on servant leadership--a topic I remember well from my publishing days. It was a hot topic "back then" and I think is worth learning about. That idea of servant-leader is valid. Servant must be
equated with strength and experience and confidence.
And always put other first in love and compassion.
